New subfloor installation
Installation of new subfloor panels in eligible rooms and repair areas when framing conditions are suitable.
H&F installs and repairs common residential flooring while addressing the preparation that helps finished materials perform correctly. Our work includes subfloor replacement, self-leveling products, appropriate wet-area waterproofing systems, vinyl plank, laminate, tile and finish transitions.

Finished flooring is only as reliable as the approved substrate beneath it. We inspect visible conditions, remove eligible damaged material, perform agreed preparation and install compatible finishes according to the defined project scope.

Uneven or water-damaged surfaces can shorten the life of a finished floor. H&F evaluates visible substrate conditions and explains when self-leveling, localized replacement or wet-area preparation should be included before the finish installation.
Every project starts with an approved scope. Timing, materials and access depend on the specific property and work requested.
We inspect visible floor condition, room use, access and selected finish materials.
